This young lady was totally immersed in her book, catching some rays on a Winter’s afternoon. I wonder what she’s reading… Any guesses?

I’m pretty sure it’s National Lampoon’s Bored of the Rings.
She’ll be sorry! I had read LotR three or four times when I chanced on BotR . . . could not, and still can’t, read LotR ever again.

Haha. I tried LotR and gave up. I even gave up on the movies. Too epic and drawn out for me at this stage of my life. π

Then you might like Bored of the Rings (a parody). Around 90 pages, or so.

Ah, oh my goodness, ah, I just LOVE THIS PHOTO! I saw it earlier when I was scrolling through my reader on my my lunch break and it made me want to cuddle up and immerse myself in a good book on this cool fall-like day we’ve been having here. What a great shot!

It is so nice to see someone reading a “real” book instead of an electronic one! Great shot!
