I finally decided to take my camera with me to the park tonight and pottered around in amongst the trees and took some shots of this lovely plant.
Natural Light.
Dark Green.
In Darkness.
As usual I used my Olympus OMD EM5. I went out only with my 45mm (f/1.8, 90mm equivalent) lens with me. It’s not an everyday lens, but I really love it and want to shoot with it more.

I know what you mean, I enjoy trying to keep up with reading blogs but it can be hard trying to keep up with it all. And then there’s things like work and life that get in the way 😊

I love the multiple images. I saw it last night, and a few times today I revisited it in my memory. Must be a good image if it lodges in that failing repository!

It really is a wonderful lens I have a few more shots coming up. I think the new theme motivated me to get moving with blogging again. I’ve scheduled a number of posts and I’m enjoying reading posts again. Thank you for your comments on the theme. I really like it. And I’ve decreased the size of my photo files so it loads much more quickly now.
