As soon as I saw the word Pure for this week’s Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge, I immediately thought of the pure white snow and clean landscapes of Queenstown in New Zealand.
This was the first time I’d properly seen snow and played around in it. My friends and I had a great time throwing snowballs and acting like children. This photo below reflects the pure joy that I felt in that moment. There aren’t many photos of me being caught in moments like these, so I really cherish this one.
The next image that came to mind is this drop of water on a tiny blade of grass. This is a tiny drop which had been almost frozen on a cold wintry morning.

And I couldn’t help giving it a little Typic App treatment as well. I think this is a good reminder for all of us.
Happy Weekend!

I too love the photo of you in all your pure joy. But the water drop is a beauty too.
