Five Minutes with a Ranunculus Part 2! – RegularRandom

Hello and welcome to another #RegularRandom – my apologies for missing last week, it was my birthday and my best friend was in town and we had some celebrating and shopping to do ๐Ÿ™‚

A quick recap of the rules:

  • choose a subject or a scene
  • spend five minutes photographing it โ€“ no more!
  • try to see it from many angles, look through something at it, change the light thatโ€™s hitting it
  • have fun!
  • tag your post #regularrandom and ping back to this post

And now on to my five minutes. This is from the same shoot as last time. I had a multi-coloured bunch of ranunculus and spent some time with a few different buds. This orange one struck my eye – warmer and softer than the rich burgundy of last week.

I have three buds left drying on a shelf in my living room. I hope to get some time with them soon.

Looking forward to seeing your #RegularRandom series.

I love ranunculus, and these are splendid shots. My offering involves munchkin squashes and a few other things.
