Welcome back to another #RegularRandom where we:
- choose a subject or a scene
- spend five minutes photographing it – no more!
- try to not interfere with the subject, instead see it from many angles, look through something at it, change the light that’s hitting it
- have fun!
- tag your post #regularrandom and ping back to this post
Today, I wanted to play around with the art filters on my camera again, and so I purchased a cupcake exactly for this reason. However, I ran out of time and had to shoot at night, with the overhead lights. My friend Julz has given me a small studio light to play with but I just haven’t had time to try it yet 😦
Anyway, here’s the result:

I bow to you, oh Queen of Macro. I am lovin’ the yellow, Desley.

Good enough to eat. Did you? You put shame my dependence on whatever light’s available!

The ones with the filter are very clever. And you’ve got John Lewis advertising bakeware on your site (one of our high end stores). How cool!

It’s amazing what you are able to do with such simple props. Beautiful photos, as always!

gorgeous as always, you should have played with the light! Love that pop of yellow, and I see you did my naughty little trick and swapped out the plates (hehehe), I love both plates BTW. Here is my post and pics for this week,
