It would appear that I might be a creature of habit. Twelve months ago to the day, I was in Brisbane, I spent the day with my best friend, we did a lot of shopping and we went to the hairdresser. Yesterday was no different, we did all of that again. Just a happy coincidence, I guess.
I’ve missed Brisbane, mainly my people, especially my best friend and of course, my fabulous hairdresser, Mel. I’ve been away for almost two years, but with these two girls, it feels like yesterday, we just slotted right back together with coffee, stories, laughs, although this year there was A LOT more country music 😬
Mel has two cheeky little dogs, boisterous, full of personality, and loving to be loved. And they let you know it! They’re adorable.
I happened to have my camera with me, so it made sense to do my RegularRandom with Murray and Molly, the cute little wiggly dogs. All of these were taken with the 30mm macro (60mm equivalent) lens on my Olympus OMD EM5.

Will you join us in RegularRandom? Here are the rules:
- choose a subject or a scene
- spend five minutes photographing it – no more!
- try to not interfere with the subject, instead see it from many angles, look through something at it, change the light that’s hitting it
- have fun!
- tag your post #regularrandom and ping back to this post
Happy RegularRandoming!

Oh, my! They are both adorable, but Murray has stolen my heart. Look at those little feet! Have they met Miss G yet?

They’re super cute. No they never met nissG. She is 3,000km away in Melbourne and we never got to introduce them before I left.

What beautiful dogs and such candid photos. I really like the ones of the noses. Here’s my contribution to the challenge. https://wordandimagecollages.wordpress.com/2017/10/09/five-minutes-with-a-tree/

Exactly! Hahaha. He was in part fascinated and part wary of the camera. I was so close to him. Such a sweetie.
