The Final Sunflower Series

For my last sunflower post, I wanted to go in as close as I could get with my 60mm macro lens.

Those little hairs on the leaves really pop out. The finer details are all right there.

And then we move in a little closer.

Sunflowers-63

And finally, does beauty turn? Is this still beautiful? The inside of the flower is almost alien-like. And so sharp!

What do you think?

This is my last sunflower series, at least for now.

They’re gone now, so until I get some more….

You showed details of the sunflower that I haven’t noticed before. I missed seeing many new, intricate features of Nature’s design and beauty. All are stunning photos but I love the B&W.
