I think this is my last Painted Planets post. We stirred up the water to join the painty liquids back together. I love the movement in these first two shots.
As stated on Wikipedia: Rheology is the study of the flow of matter, primarily in a liquid state, but also as “soft solids” or solids under conditions in which they respond with plastic flow rather than deforming elastically in response to an applied force.

Lovely images and cool video. I have a friend whose PhD was in non-Newtonian fluids (partly funded by a soup manufacturer I think) 🙂
