As promised in my last post, here are my flower photos from Hobbiton in Auckland, New Zealand.
Of course, I had my macro lens with me (just the 30mm, not my baby 60mm), so I swapped in and out with my usual 17mm lens every time I spotted something pretty.
Firstly, we spotted a butterfly outside the first hobbit hole.

Pretty much a typical English country garden – except for the Monarch butterfly! Such a gorgeous ‘stained-glass’ appearance.
