Pink Skies at Night – RegularRandom

I went out with a friend on Australia Day (26 January) for drinks and pizza and a few more drinks, and a stroll around the neighbourhood. It was such a lovely afternoon – perfect temperature, great conversation, really nice.

I was home by 8pm, just in time for sunset, so I spent five minutes (actually three minutes and ten seconds ๐Ÿ˜‰) shooting the sky. These are in chronological order, you can see the change from warm afternoon light, through to the cooler evening light.

I love these skies, so pretty.

Thank you Melbourne.

Would you like to join in the RegularRandom crew? Hereโ€™s how:

  • choose a subject or a scene
  • spend five minutes photographing it โ€“ no more!
  • try to not interfere with the subject, instead see it from many angles, look through something at it, change the light thatโ€™s hitting it
  • have fun!
  • tag your post #regularrandom and ping back to this post

Looking forward to seeing your shots.
