I fear my stationery addiction is becoming super obvious. A pile of pens is never far from my reach 🙂
Just a quick recap of the RegularRandom Rules:
- choose a subject or scene
- spend just 5 minutes shooting it
- try different angles, different distances, even different lenses, shoot through something, under it, play with the light
- have fun!
Last week, I had coffee and a cupcake on my desk and while I was there, I also spent some time (just five minutes!) with this 7-colour pen from kikki.K (of course it’s kikki.K).
And then I tried something a little different. I discovered, that when you look straight down the pen from the top, a magical rainbow appears 😉

well…after a couple of false starts I was able to create some interesting images that included a buddha board, as well as, water, fruit, and a paper towel holder. I thought it would be difficult to photograph one scene for 5 minutes…hum…found out that time flies within this challenge. Thank you … it was fun.
