This is a flourless chocolate cake with pistachios. Yum!
It was such a dark and rich cake, I wanted to keep the shots darker, rather than my usual white background. It wasn’t so easy in just five minutes.
Oh, the cake was delicious 😋

Flourless cakes are so rich and delicious. I occasionally make one with oranges and brazil nuts that is great with a really good ganache.
